Cardio alone isn’t always enough. In the same way that more isn't always effective. Here's my top 5 tips:
1. Lift weights. As often as possible. 2. Sometimes, lift said heavy things over your head. 3. Stop focussing on ‘dieting’ and eat more (quality) calories to fuel your body. 4. Swap the hours wasted running or on the treadmill for 3 sessions of quality training a week and have a life. 5. Graft hard. Don’t cut corners. Consistency is king. |

The single biggest single difference between G5 and bigger commercial 'chain' gyms gyms or fitness classes is our focus on individual coaching and education. We believe it's important for us to show you not only HOW to perform movements safely, but also how to achieve maximum efficiency. That's why the majority of our monthly memberships are based around the group sessions. We don't leave you to your own devices, in the hope that you'll see a difference. We create the sessions to guarantee you will see a difference! Over the past 6 years we have already formed life long friendships, sharing personal successes and providing support for each other when things gets tough. |
